    In a lawsuit submitted by his son Maurice Lloyd: 'Sheweth that Petitioner Maurice Lloyd of the parish of Llangirick co., Montgomery is the eldest son and heir of Evan Lloyd who was son and heir of David Lloyd both of the same parish and both deceased.'

    In his aunt's response (p. 146), she states that Evan Lloyd died in 1702 and was very poor at the time of his death.
