Eva L. Holly, 86, of 1033 20th St. SE, died Friday, April 26, 1996, in Mercy Medical Center after a short illness. Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Turner Chapel West, where friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today. The Rev. Paul Uzel of Olivet Presbyterian Church will officiate. Burial: 3 p.m. Monday, Monona Cemetery, Monona. Survivors include a daughter, Bonnie Holly of Cedar Rapids; a son, Gary and wife Mary C. "Peggy" of Raleigh, N.C.; two grandchildren, Connie Parks of Stem, N.C., and Christa Barnett of Durham, N.C.; two great-grandsons, Taylor Dean Parks and Jonathan Craig Barnett; and two sisters, Ethel Briggs of Prairie du Chien, Wis., and Jessie Holt of Bloomingdale, Ill. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lester; and two children, Norma Jean and Clifford. Eva was born June 25, 1909, in Prairie du Chien, Wis., where she married Lester Robert Holly on Jan. 1, 1931. She was a member of Olivet Presbyterian Church. A memorial fund has been established by the family for Olivet Presbyterian Church.
