She professed religion in her youth, and became a member of the DeRuyter Seventh-day Baptist church. Subsequently to her marriage she removed with her husband to Wirt, Allegany Co., N. Y. and became a member of the Seventh-day Baptist church at Nile, N. Y. She has since resided at Christiana, Wis., and at New Auburn, Minn.
