- ↑ Per Lenny Hasty said that she wasn't 7th Day Adventist until mid 50's, but she was very religious and didn't do much on the Sabath. In the 50's she went camp meeting (religious) in Panama City FL and was baptized the gulf waters. She was Baptist until then but went to church with William Hope. The only thing she had against the Seventh Day Adventist Church was they didn't approve of "snuff" and she liked her "snuff".
