DEATH OF EUGENE J. ROUX.

Eugene J. Roux, of Waggaman, who was hurt by a hay mower about five weeks ago, almost having his right foot severed, and sustaining other serious injuries, died at the Sanitarium during the week, and was buried in Greenwood Cemetery last Tuesday.

Mr. Roux was a native of Gretna, 41 years old, and for many years was butcher and baker at Waggaman. Twenty years ago he married Miss Estelle Gessen, of Lulling, who survives him, with nine children, six boys and three girls. His father, three brothers and five sisters also survive him.
