Son M W 12 S IL IL IL The following obituary found at her Find a Grave memorial: Mrs. Etta Jackson Succumbs at 72; Rites Are Sunday Manito, Nov. 26- Funeral services will be held at the Forest City Methodist church at 2 p.m. Sunday for Mrs. Etta Jackson, 72, who died at her home in Forest City at 9 p.m. Joseph Hobbs will officiate at the rites. Friends may call at the Johnson Funeral home in Manito until 11 a.m. Sunday and at the church until time of services. Mrs. Jackson was born near Havana on Oct. 8, 1876, a daughter of William and Ann Waldron Beale. She married Sherman Jackson on Oct. 31, 1897, and he preceded her in death several years ago. Surviving are two sons, Donald Jackson, San Antonio, Tex., and William Jackson; two brothers, Harry W. Beale, Forest City, and Daniel Beale, Pekin, and six grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Mary Gebhardt, Pekin, died in 1946. Mrs. Jackson was a member of the Forest City Methodist and took an active part in its activities until her health prevented it.
