In Adams, on the 29th ult., of a lingering illness which she bore with exemplary patience, Mrs. Esther, wife of Deacon David Maxson, aged about 52. Mrs. M. became a hopeful subject of pardoning mercy, in early life, and has been for many years a worthy member of the Seventh Day Baptist Church. Her end was peaceful, as her life had been exemplary. Her hold on the affections of her friends was strong, and her loss will be sensibly felt by her numerous connections and acquaintances.
