According to the Sallie DeWitt 1981 genealogy, Ernest Robinson was a furniture maker who lived in Hackett and Ft. Smith (on T Street) Arkansas, and in Tulsa and Owasa Oklahoma at various times in his life. He was an apartment manager in Tulsa, and retired at Owasa to care for a pecan grove. His only child, Mary Frances Robinson, grew to marry M. Truet Bishop, a reacher from Oklahoma, when she was 20 years old. When she was 40 years old she went into a coma that lasted 17 years, apparently until she died. Ernest encouraged Bishop to divorce Mary and make a new life for himself. When Bishop finally did remarry, Ernest gave him a new car and $5000 as a wedding present.
