    26 Jun 1759: Inventory of Ephraim Sawyer Late of Lancaster Gen'tl'man Deceased: £263-1-6-3, by David Osgood, Thomas Fairbank and Ephraim Carter. Divided among heirs, only son Ephraim Sawyer taking nothing, widow Sarah Sawyer one third, Mr. Nathaniel Wyman for his children he having married Mary the eldest daughter who departed this life before her father the same day, Cap't Asa Whitcomb who married Euenes the second Daughter, Mr. Joseph Osgood who married Catharine the third and youngest daughter.

  4. ↑ Amos's birth is recorded 1693 (married 1716) and Ezra's age at death suggests his birth is 1702 (married by 1726). Inbetween are Ephraim m. by 1724, Samuel m. by 1729, and John, apparently in that order (since John is included in the baptism with Ezra in 1716, but none of the older sons are, probably old enough to be admitted as adults). Analysis suggests Ephraim probably born 1695-1696, Samuel about 1698, John about 1700.
  5. ↑ The gravestone of Ephraim's daughter Mary (Sawyer) Wyman, who died 8 May 1759, says "Her Father Deceased the same Day".
