His father born in Ohio and his mother born in Iowa. __________________________________ 1905 June 27- Emma's husband Guy Conner filed for a divorce in Washington Co., Idaho on June 27, 1905. According to the Washington Co., ID, Deputy Clerk's letter, the file was transferred to Canyon Co., ID, on Sept 11, 1905, and Washington Co. does not have the file there. They do not have the marriage for Emma and Earl Walston. It is possible that it occurred in Canyon Co., Idaho. To do: contact Canyon Co. to see if they have it. 1910 census to do. 1912 Nov 8 - Salome Averetta Walston was born. She was the daughter of Emma May (Warner) Conner and Earl L. Walston. 1919 - Earl Walston filed for divorce. 1919 June 3 - Hearing for divorce to finalize it. Earl obtained the divorce and was also granted custody of their daughter Salome, age 6. 1920 census - I found an Emma Walston, age 34, born in Tennessee, occupation nurse on the soundex index for Canyon Co., Idaho. I suspect this is Emma. I do not know why her birthplace is listed as being in Tenn. 1924 DEED - Sheriff's sale of 87 acres out on Hornet Creek, near Council, Adams Co., Idaho. Earl Walston and Emma Fletcher (formerly Walston) were listed as defendants along with the people Earl had sold his land to. Previous to the sale, when they were married, Earl and Emma Walston had mortgaged the property. Earl never paid off the mortgage. He sold it to Keith McVey and his wife, and they never paid off the mortgage either. The mortgage holder (Union Life Ins. Co.) foreclosed and sued Earl, Emma, the McVeys, the Bank in Council, and a Samuel Criss (I have no idea how he fits into the situation). But Emma Fletcher, formerly Walston was named on the document. Thus, between the 1920 census and 1924, Emma married a man named Fletcher somewhere. Perhaps in Canyon Co., Idaho. _________________________ -- Emma ran a boarding house in Weiser. -- Emma ran a (boarding house) in Portland.
At some time, Emma married husband #4 Marmaduke Seaholm.1883 - According to the 1900 census of Council, Idaho, Emma May Warner was born in April 1883 in Nebraska.
