Perhaps she is not the dau of Thomas PARKER & Eliza Jane...or maybe she died before Sarah Elizabeth PARKER did...and so was not listed as surviving sister of Sarah in 1901.  ??? Thomas H is listed as widower in6 June 1900 in census, 2nd Ward Traverse City, Grand Traverse Co, Michigan.
