Probably the daughter of Thomas Crabb and Wealthy Ann Bear. According to Illinois State Marriage Database, she was married first to William W. Stoops in 1880.

 In the 1880 census for Lee township, Brown Co., Illinois, Thomas Crabb is 46, a farmer from Ohio (father Virginia, mother Kentucky).  His wife Wealthy is 48, born Pennsylvania (parents Pennsylvania).  The children are Emma, 19; Charles, 17; Albert, 13; Walter, 13; John, 11; Marshall, 8; and Laura, 6 -- all born in Illinois.  {p.569a}

 W.W. Stoops, died 1884 at age 28, and Clyde Stoops, 1881-1896, son of W. W. and E., are both buried in Buckhorn Cemetery in Brown Co., Illinois.
