Mrs.. Emily G. Tingen GRAHAM — Mrs.. Emily Graves Tingen, 85, of 246 Graves Road, died at 6:03 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, 1999, at Alamance Regional Medical Center after several years of failing health.

A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late Mr. Warren Tingen and the daughter of Mr. Wade Isador Graves and Mrs.. Fannie Lee Sharpe Graves, both deceased. She was a homemaker and a member of Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs.. Vallie Graves Baldwin of Graham; and a brother, Mr. Clyde Graves of Graham.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at McClure Funeral Home Chapel in Graham by the Rev. Richard Dawson. Burial will be in Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church cemetery.

The family will be at McClure Funeral Home in Graham from 6 to 8 this evening.

Memorial may be made to the Joseph and Kathleen Bryan Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center, 725 Broad St., Durham, N.C. 27705.
