Watertown Daily Times, 18 July 1969: DIVORCE GRANTED Mrs. Marion E. Warren, 231 Franklin St., has been granted a judgment of divorce in State Supreme Court from Emery C. Warren, 230 E. Moulton St. Mrs. Warren, represented by Carthage Atty. Roger A. Williams, was awarded the judgment by Justice Richard Aronson, Syracuse, on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Brownville Town Justice Howard J. Norton fined Warren $25. Jefferson County Sheriff deputies made the arrest on a warrant following an incident involving a 19-year-old Dexter woman Tuesday while they were in a car at Turkey Hollow.
