Pinck, 85, of rural Maxwell, died Thursday, Nov. 30, at the Story County Long Term Care Center in nevada from congestive heart failure. he was born Sept. 13, 1915, near Maxwell to RayMond and Hattie "Pet" Marie Beal Pinck. He married Pearle Ludine Boucher on June 1, 1937, in Des Moines, Everson farmed near Maxwell for more than 40 years and also worked at John Deere for 21 years before retiring in 1976. He was a member of the Maxwell Christian Church, the CCC and the UAW. Emerson enjoyed traveling, silver smithing and photography, Survivors include hiswife, Pearle of Maxwell, two daughters, Sharren Schuler of Nevada and Sheila Buechler of Boone; a son, E. Sankey Pinck of Maxwell; nine grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren. His parents preceeded him in death. Private funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Woodland Cemetery in Iowa Center. Bacon Funeral Home, Nevada, handled the arrangements. References
