Emerson A. Hendricks, 85, formerly of 55 1/2 2nd Street SE, Carrollton, died last Thursday in Carroll County Hospital where he had been a patient for two years. He was born September 26, 1886 in Perry Twp., a son of the late Cassias and Belle (Crumrine) Hendericks.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Elsie Small and Mrs. Agnes Cattrell, both of Canton; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. His wife, Mary, died in 1964. One daughter and one sister also preceded him in death. Services were Saturday in the Sweeney Funeral Home with Rev. L. E. Barnett officiating. Burial was in Westview cemetery, Carrollton.
