Probably born at Duxbury. His wife Jane ___ died at Duxbury 13 May 1735 (not sure if she is the mother of his children. He served at times as a grand juror. In his will dated 19 Apr 1728 and proved 14 Jun 1729, he mentioned his wife, though not by name, his sons Samuel and Joseph, and his daughters, Mary, wife of Joseph Simmons; Sarah, wife of John Chandler; and Abigail. He did NOT marry Desire Standish, as state in the 1887 Article which has him confused with his nephew Nathan (son of Edmund Weston). [NGS Quarterly, vol 71, 1983 #1. p43]

Elnathan Weston in a will dated 19 April, 1728 mentions the following children: "to my sons Samuel and Joseph weston my forty acre lot of land at pine brook Equaly betwext them""to my Daughter mary the wife of Joseph Simons Three pounds""to my Daughter Sary the wife of John chandler fifty shilings""to my Daughter abigal fifty Shilings and my best bed and furniture belonging to it and the bigest plater and the bigst pewter bason"
