Elmira [Price] Keller is NOT named in the will of Arjalon Price, written in 1851, but circumstantial evidence exists to support her as a probable child. It is now known why Arjalon Price left her out of his will, may have had a falling out with her father.

Elmira's family is indeed listed NEXT DOOR to the family of Silas Price [Merchant, age 34] in the 1850 U.S. Census of Cass County, Missouri. Silas Price's family is listed as family #889 and Elmira's family [husband Charles Keller age 50, Merchant is listed as Head of Household] is listed as family #890 on the bottom of the Census record and at the top of the next page.

Listed in the 1850 Cass County, MO Census as Elmira Keller, age 42, born VA. With husband and daughters, living next door to brother Silas Price and his family.

Elmira's son Silas Price Keller is no doubt named after her brother, providing additional circumstantial evidence to support Elmira as the sister of Silas Price.
