    ELMER T. MEHRING

    Elmer T. Mehring, 69, Harrisburg, formerly of Littlestown, for many years owner and operator of The Merchants-Grocery Company, Harrisburg, died Saturday evening at a hospital there. He was an active member for many years at the Second Evangelical and Reformed Church, that city.

    Surviving are three sisters, Miss Bertha F. Mehring, Baltimore; Mrs. Rufus Hartman and Mrs. Calvin Shanebrook, both of Harrisburg.

    Funeral services were held in the Harry S. Fisher funeral home, 1334 North Second street, Harrisburg, Wednesday at 11 a.m. with The Rev. Henry S. Raab, pastor of the Second Evangelical and Reformed Church officiating. Burial in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown at 2 p.m.
