    This Google books version of Ormerod cuts off the left hand side of page 85, but citations of this page say that it shows that Ellen was the daughter of William Wasteneys and Cecily Arderne, and thus the first cousin of John Arderne, her lover and eventual husband. (This relationship is also given in the first edition, but with an inserted generation that Ormerod later discarded.)
