- ↑ "Mrs. Ella M. Ritter, eldest daughter of George F. and Emma A Slick, wasborn in July 12, 1884, in Salem Township, Steuben County, and died at12:34 AM Friday, November 27, at the Cameron hospital in Angola.
A lifelong resident of Steuben County, Mrs. Ritter had resided in Angolasince 1912. She was united in marriage to John Ritter on March 18,1905. Mrs. Ritter did rug weaving or over 30 years. Survivors includeone brother, William Slick, and two sisters, Nellie German and EthelWyatt, all of Angola. Funeral services were conducted at 2 PM Sunday atthe Weicht funeral home with the Rev. Doyle Pavy, pastor of the AngolaUnited Methodist Church, officiating. Interment followed in the FlintCemetery."
