  • Per Winslow1, Elizabeth Wyatt was NOT the wife of Joseph Oates, but rather the wife of his father, James Oates. Winslow provides no dates or sources for Elizabeth Wyatt, but states that the birth dates of her children can be found in the Berkeley Parish register. More research needed.
