The Randalls' son, Mathew Randall, was an incredibly successful farmer. He married Eleanor Utter at Westerly, Rhode Island, in 1693. Eleanor was born in 1672 to Elizabeth Teftt of Stonington, Connecticut, and was adopted by Elizabeth's husband, Nicholas Utter after they married in 1673...

Elizabeth was born in Stonington in 1646, married a man named Teftt, who died and left her with their daughter, Eleanor... Nicolas died at Stonington in 1722... Elizabeth died sometime later.

...Eleanor died in 1736 at Hopkinson, Rhode Island, when she was 63.

  2.   Since Westerly records refer to Capt. Edward Greenman and Joseph Utter as "cousins" perhaps Elizabeth was a sister to Margaret (Garthrot) Greenman or Edward Greenman Sr.
