    Daughter Mary, wife of Jesse Ball gent-five pounds current money, in full of her part of my estate as I have given her a sufficient fortune.
    Five daughters Mildred, Elizabeth, Sarah, Jane, and Susannah, each, two hundred pounds sterling and one feather bed and plain furniture to be paid them as they attain the age of twenty one or day of marriage-
    if either of them--should die before they attain the age of twenty one or marries her legacy shall belong to the survivors of the said daughters to be provided for and maintained by my son Baldwin Matthews Smith till they become entitled to their fortunes suitable to their estate and degree, without any deductions out of their legacy...
    I have given my son a letter to Mrs. Dickey, to let her know that I would make my son worth more than two thousand pounds with his estate at York, which on account of his having Mrs Pany Burg's he will be entitled at my decease. My son is to pay the legacies to my aforesaid daughters, and my wench Peg to be set free.
    Rest of my estate both real and personal to my son Baldwin Matthews Smith and his heirs.
