Name Lysbeth (Elizabeth) Rogers
Gender Female
Christening[1] 26 Dec 1609 Watford, Northamptonshire, England

Living in 1622, when records in Leiden show her living with her brother John, mother Alice, and sister Margaret.

Article in Mayflower Quarterly (Vol:87:26, 2021) [[1] apparent reprint here] by David Webber suggests that Elizabeth married 'Samuel Eddy, and that her sister was Margaret (Rogers) Savery, the first wife of Thomas Savery. The identification is supported by Samuel’s listing on a 1662 list of people receiving land, all of whom otherwise have a “first comer” connection—except Samuel Eddy. This strongly suggests his wife Elizabeth qualified was a first comer, and Thomas' daughter Elizabeth--who was described by Bradford in 1650 as has having migrated later and married--is the only known viable candidate. The Mayflower Society does not currently recognize this theory.
