[By Linda Jonas:] Elizabeth, wife of George, married (2) Henry Yocum. This is proven in Bedford County, Virginia, Deed Book 4, p. 533. Henry and Elizabeth Yocum moved to Mercer County, Kentucky. Several researchers have confused this Elizabeth with the Elizabeth Persinger (daughter of Christopher Persinger) who married George Kerns 19 Apr 1794 in Botetourt County.
