Names Elizabeth as daughter of Samuel Packard and Elizabeth Lathrop, but has no details. Source:Packard, Theophilus. Genealogies of Samuel Packard of Bridgewater, Mass., and of Abel Packard, of Cummington, Mass, p. 8, adds that she is born in Bridgewater (which is probably just an assumption based on her father's activities) but nothing further. Source:Mayflower Descendant, p. 41:187, cites probate documents that mentions two eldest daughters without naming them, of which Elizabeth was one, since Susanna was named as the youngest daughter. It does indicate that she was alive in 1697. Elizabeth was not named in her grandfather's will of 1684, but neither was Mary who was known to be born by then, so that probably does not indicate anything. One might assume Elizabeth is the oldest since she shares her name with her mother, but there is no real evidence for proposing any estimate of her birthdate other than she is older than Susanna. In fact, it is not explained how we even know her name was Elizabeth.
