Sem stress", dated 11 Sep 1775, proved 8 Apr 1777, names sons William and John; daughters Mary Kidder, Margeret Brigs, Anna Cumings, Julia Whitney, Sarah Hammock and granddaughter Mary Davis; items reserved for the use of my mother who is to be supported by her two sons. Two son s to be executors. Codicil 27 Sep 1775: if granddaughter Mary Davis die before age 21, executors keep legacy; if daughter Margaret Brigs dies childless before payment, executors keep legacy.
