    Lexington, February 21. Departed this life on the 7th. inst. Betty Beldsoe, wife of the rev. Joseph Bedsoe, after a short ilness, and was buried on the 9th, attended by her friends and a large number of respectable persons ; a discourse was delivered favorable to the occasion, from Romans, fifth chapter and last verse, "that as sin hath reigned unto death even so might grace reign through righteousness unto external life by Jesus christ our Lord."
