A Death notice was published in the New York Times newspaper, dated 26 August 1957. It reads:

“Deaths SEAVER—Elizabeth R. (nee McEniee), on Aug. 24, 1957, devoted wife of the late A. Harlan Seaver, loving mother of Margaret Brennan, Theodosia Skaee and Virginia Johnson. Funeral from the Bergen Funeral Home, 45-18 48th Av., Woodside, Wednesday, 9:30 A.M. Solemn Mass of Requiem at Queen of Angels R.C. Church, 10 A.M.”
