"Eiizabeth daughter of Nathaniel & Sarah Joselin borne, June, 7, 1657 [67?]"
[This record follows 10 other births, recorded from various families, all dated 1667 or 1668, leading to the compiler's question if it didn't mean 1667 instead of 1657. People that choose to interpret it as 1657 then assume the death record of Jul 1657 matches it, requiring a second Elizabeth to account for the one named in her father's will in 1694, even though no such birth record is found and the child in the death record is unnamed. Source:Wessler, Edith S. Jocelyn--Joslin--Joslyn--Josselyn Family, p. 86, ducks the issue by including in the family one Elizabeth b. 7 Jun 1657, and another born 7 Jun 1667, but this seems disingenuous: you must interpret the birth record one way or the other.]
