SOURCE: Research of Tim Sands ([email protected]) 2-2007 discussing the parentage of Elizabeth Jones and disproving the parents Robert Jones and Ann Coulson: Thanks for sending a DOD for Robert Jones, because I may be able to add a bit more to the puzzle. These will abstracts are in the Phila. archives. The dating for the will abstract will correlate well with the Robert Jones in your data, however it did not mention the name of his spouse. He did have a dau Elizabeth, but it does not appear that she would've been the one married to Benjamin Levering. If you reference the second will abstract, that is for Robert's dau Elizabeth, who died before 15 Jun 1775. One can establish the relationship, by comparing the names of the siblings in both abstracts. If this is the same Robert Jones, I would suspect that Elizabeth, dau of David Jones is much more likely as the candidate for the spouse of Benjamin Levering.JONES, ROBERT. Worcester. Phila. Co.
