Elizabeth Anne (Hoover) Monaco Elizabeth Anne (Hoover) Monaco, 76, of Bascom, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 3 0, 2004, at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born July 31, 1928, in Tiffin to Arthur J. and Louise E. (Glick) H oover. Survivors include: a daughter, Diane (Chuck) Peyton of Waterville; brother s, James (Mary) Hoover of Fostoria, Joseph (Linda) Hoover, John (Marg) Hoo ver both of Bascom; sisters, Mary Alice Saum of Fostoria, Helen Louise (Lo u) Audritsh of Fremont, Phyliss (Jerry) Swander of Bascom; two granddaught ers; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents, a nephew, Trey Audritsh, and a ni ece, Michelle Hoover. Anne graduated from Hopewell-Loudon High School, class of 1947, and lat er from St. Vincent School of Nursing as a registered nurse. She work ed at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center, where she retired; Mer cy Hospital and Dr. H.L. Abbott's office in Tiffin. She belonged to St. Pa trick Catholic Church and its Rosary Altar Society. A funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, 2004, at St. Patri ck Catholic Church with the Rev. Art Niewiadomski officiating. A rosary wi ll be prayed 15 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will be in St. Patrick C atholic Cemetery at a later date. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, 2004, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Ma ck Funeral Home with a Christian Wake service at 8 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or a charity of the d onor's choice. |
