Another Old Resident Gone
Mrs. Elizabeth Pilcher died at her home near town Friday April 26, aged 75 years, and was buried Sunday the 29th, funeral services from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. L. D. Murray at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. Cooley assisted by Rev. Manville, interment in the new cemetery. She had been confined to her home for several years from the effects of a stroke of paralysis from which she never entirely recovered. She bore her affliction with patience and christian heroism and was kind and motherly to all. She leaves four children, Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Alice Gold of Sedalia, Mo., Harvey Pilcher of Moberly, Mo., Thomas Pilcher of Denver, Co., and numerous grandchildren who have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
