Biography
Elizabeth Franklin, daughter of Nathan Franklin, was born about 1785. [1]
On 23 December 1806 in Botetourt County, she married William Poage. [1]; the ceremony was performed by Rev Samuel Mitchell. The Marriage Bond on 17 December 1806 was signed by William Poage and Elizabeth's father, Nathan Franklin. [2] [3]
She died, age 82, in Back Creek, Roanoke, Virginia on 11 June 1867. [1] [4]
