"25, 6, 1650", often converted as 25 Jun 1650 and then sometimes corrupted to 25 Jan 1650, was most likely 25 Aug 1650, the 6th month being August prior to 1752 (old-style dating).

The will of "Elizabeth Moricke, Widdow of Jno Morricke deseased; at Hingham But now Dewllinge in Roxbery" mentions some of the same people as her husband John Merrick's will plus others (who might be her siblings or her children from an earlier marriage - although Torrey does not suggest an earlier marriage), but no Merrick children.

  4. The Ancestral File has her husband confused with Sion Meyrick of Wales, who was very unlikely to have been the John Merrick of Hingham.
