Peter Wheeling and Katharine, his wife, Benjamin Shootes and
Kizziah, his wife, Zachariah Piles and Mary, his wife, Thomas Piles
and Rebecca, his wife, and Isaac Ross and Sarah, his wife, legal
heirs of Abner Esra, late of Ross County, of the one part; and
Robert Carter of the second part. Consideration $206. The land
being the North West quarter of Section 18, Township 9 in Range 20,
of the lands directed to be sold at Chillicothe by the act of
Congrefs entitled an act providing for the sale of the Lands of the
U.S. in the territory northwest of the Ohio and above the mouth of
the Kentucky River, Patented to the said Abner Esra, deceased.
