    Sons: JOHN, THOMAS (manor, fronting on Albemarle Sound, John to have eastern and Thomas western portion), JAMES and CHARLES (land on Welches Creek), JOSEPH (land at Mattehapungo, known by the name of Goshen).
    Wife: ELIZABETH (land at Bear Swamp and at Barrow Hole).
    Daughters: MARY JACOCKS, ELIZA PAGET, SARAH LOVICK, MARTHA WARSLEY and HESTER WORLEY.
    Executrix: ELIZABETH BLOUNT (wife), to be assisted by friends JOHN LOVICK and THOS. POLLOCK.
    Witnesses: SMALL. WARNER, WM. BENBURY, MAGNES PLOWMAN.
    Will proven before RICHARD EVERARD, Governor, etc.
