↑ Since we have only a baptism and no birth date, it is hard to calculate the day of death. Looking at Source:Child, Elias. Genealogy of the Child, Childs and Childe Families for clarification, things only get more confusing. On p. 281, it says "Elizabeth Child, b. in Roxbury, Mass., July 23, 1805, d. Aug. 7, 1805." Clearly, this doesn't mesh well with the records. A birth in July is incompatible with a baptism in May. In fact, if baptized in May, she died before July even started. Also, an age of 19 d. on the purported death date of 7 Aug (i.e., 38 Jul) gives 19 Jul, not 23 Jul, so 4 days off from the recorded age at death.
