- Beq: to daughter Nancy Pullin all lands, one tract on Crab Run, a branch of the Bullpasture, 250 acres by patent, 1/8th part of land of husband John, purchased from son John, adjoining the first tract; 3 horses, 6 cows, 3 calves, 2 year-old cattle, all hogs, 3 sheep, farm utensils, household and kitchen furniture, looms and tackling, cupboard, all grain on hand, all crops in the ground, 2 spinning wheels, check reel, pine chest, hackle and smoothing irons.

- to daughter Jane Douglass walnut chest
- to granddaughter Elizabeth Douglass bed and bedstand, quilt, blanket, sheet, bolster and pillows
