Daily Times-News, The Thursday, January 17, 1974 (This obit came from an OCR archive that I found. I have NOT altered it in any way) Mrs.. Elizabeth AMICK Holt, 89. of Siler City, died Wednesday in a Chatham hospital following a lengthy illness- She was a native of Alamance County and a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter. Mrs.. Laban Hough. Siler City: sons, Elmer. Wade. Hoyi, Buster. Billy and Beihay Hok. all of Siler City, Clyde Kolt. Greensboro. M. AMICK Holt. Asheboro. and brother, P. A. AMICK, Burlington. Final rites will be 3 p.m. Friday at the Smith Buckner Funeral Chapel in Siler City. The Rev. D.L. Byrd will officiate. Burial will be in Me. Pleasant United Methodist Church cemetery.
