   Eliza Ann Tunis widow of Asher Tunis dec’d to Eliza Ann Tunis, Gilbert W. Reid James Applegate, exrs of Asher Tunis decd. 
   Know all men by these presents that I Eliza Ann Tunis, widow of Asher Tunis deceased have this day received of Eliza Ann Tunis, Gilbert W. Reid and James Applegate executors of Asher Tunis deceased two thousand eight hundred and twelve dollars and fifty cents being the balance of the personal estate of said deceased let after the payment of his debts as is shown in the settlement of the accounts of said deceased in the Orphans Court, Monmouth County N.J. December Ten A. D. Eighteen hundred and sixty two being the residue of the personal estate of said deceased which he bequeathed to me by his last will and testament and in consideration thereof I do hereby exonerate requite and forever discharge all and each of said executors and their several estate and the estate of said deceased from any further claim either in law or equity which I now have or might here after have on account of said bequest.   
   Witness my hand and seal this nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty two.
