Usually this means that the first Elizabeth has died before the second is born, she would have therefore died pre 1803. Elizabeth Jacka born 5 Aug 1798 died pre 1803 around or before the age of 3. I have however been unable to find any burial or record of her death to date.

Eliza born 7 Aug 1803 his therefore would have been the Elizabeth who married John Watters in 1829 at the age of 26 and who died in 1875 based on the following census material
