Daniel Schoonmaker (1713-91) was a signer of the Association Test at Rochester (now Kingston), Ulster County, N. Y., and received land bounty for service as private in the 3rd regiment, Ulster County militia. He was born and died in Rochester, Ulster County, N. Y. Richard Ludlow (1745-1820) served as major in the Commissary General's Department and as commissary of Issues, Essex County, N. J. He was born and died in Acquacknonk, N. J. Also No. 56475. Nathaniel Gallup (1718-86) was a guard at Long Point, Stonington, and a member of the local draft board for troops, 1775-83. He was born and died in Stonington, Conn. Abel Hinckley (1743-1818) signed the petition to the General Assembly, 1776, and served as sergeant in Capt. Elijah Avery's company, Colonel Parson's regiment, Connecticut militia. He was born and died in Stonington, Conn. Elisha Williams (1744-1825) served as sergeant in Capt. Elijah Avery's company, Colonel Parson's regiment, Connecticut militia. He was born in Stonington, Conn.; died in Knox, N. Y. Zebulon Seaman (1718-84) was delegate to the 1st Provincial Congress and deputy to the General Congress, 1775, and signed the Association Test, 1776, at Oyster Bay, Long Island. He was born and died in Oyster Bay, Long Island. [p.191] Ebenezer Weed (1751-90) served as ensign, 1775, and, 1777, was appointed lieutenant of the 5th company, 9th Connecticut regiment, by the General Assembly at Hartford.
