- ↑ The death record appears out of whack with all the census records suggesting a birth in 1800, while the censuses give 1813 (1850), 1813 (1855), 1814 (1860), 1812 (1865), 1814 (1870) and 1809 (1880); and his marriage in 1849 gives his age as 35, so born 1814. If his parents are Peter and Hannah as named on his marriage record, he probably is the son aged 10-15 in the 1920 census, so born 1805 to 1810.
