Note: William and Noah were under age -- James Anderson signed as their Atty infant. There were two affadavits attached to the deed from the Clerk of Circuit Court for Boone Co., IN and a Justice of the Peace in Boone Co. attesting that William and Noah had acknowledged the deed.  The 1820 census shows "Plugh Eleas" in 1820 in Nicholas Co., Elias Plue in 1830; and in 1840 Elias Plue is shown in Boone Co., Indiana  -- however, these could be Elias Sr. (1761-1842).
