Yeoman", dated 28 Dec 1797, presented 16 Aug 1806, proved 7 Oct 1806, names wife Hannah Hayden; son Joel Hayden; son Asa Hayden; son Moses Hayden [file includes quitclaim by Moses to Asa for his share dated 6 Nov 1797 as was noted in will justifying legacy of only $1]; daughter Louis; daughter Lydia Bancroft [both daughters receive half their Mother's household furniture at Elias' decease, and half the present wife's furniture at her decease]. Son Asa Hayden to be executor.
