    CARLE, Elga, age 63, passed away in a Seattle hospital Friday, August 30, (1946). She was a former resident of Ferndale, residing there for many years and for several years she had made her home in Seattle with a daughter, Mrs. Leona Nelson. Three other daughters and two sons survive, Mrs. Lida Murray, of Bellingham, Mrs. Cleora Carter, of Sacramento, Calif., Mrs. Loiletta Wallace, of Winslow, Wash.; Henry L. Carle, of Tacoma, and William Carle, of Seattle. There also are fifteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the Monroe Mortuary in Ferndale Tuesday, September 3, at 2 p.m. Interment in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
