[Judge's decree for an additional payment, 24 Nov 1760, names siblings of Eleazer that he is to pay: Jonathan, Simeon, Abigail, Patience & Sarah.]

18 Apr 1793: Judge's decree settling entirely to Simeon Nutting, he paying funeral charges and fees, then Jonathan, Simeon [sic], Patience & Sarah; children of eldest brother Eleazer deceased viz, Eleazer, Jonathan, Mary, Abigail, Alice & Lydia; children of his sister Abigail deceased, viz, Benjamin, Joseph, James, Abigail, Lydia, Maria, Sibel & Rebecca.
