    7 Aug 1749: Bond of Elizabeth Giles of Hopkinton Widow as administrat'x of her late husband Eleazer Giles late of Hopkinton Deceased Intestate. Swore to the inventory the same date.
    June 1750: Appraisal of real estate of Eliezer Giles Late of Hopkinton, set off to widow her thirds, remainder set off to Eliezer Giles the second son. List of heirs written by judge: Samuel (Eldest), Eleazar, John, Daniel, Ebenezer, James, Joseph, Elizabeth; notes advance to Elizabeth of £83-1-0. Judge's decree orders Eleazar to pay brother Samuel (double portion), and brothers John, Daniel, Ebenezer, James & Joseph (single portion) £52-1-6 [note: single share less than advance to Elizabeth].
    30 Mar 1756: Account of Elizabeth Brooks (formerly Elizabeth Giles) administratrix of Eleazer Giles late of Hopkinton, allowed.
